General termsOur prices are fixed in EUR. The room prices include a buffet breakfast, VAT and the local tourism tax. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Every reservation is only valid with a credit card guarantee.
Check-inOn the day of arrival, check-in is
from 2.00 p.m. If you arrive early, check-in depends
on free capacity or the package room may be used if requested.
Check-out: You are requested to leave the rooms no
later than 12.00 noon on the day of departure. If you leave later, a surcharge is payable, and after 6.00 p.m., we charge a full-day room rate.
Terms of cancellation
A reservation may be cancelled free of penalty a minimum two days prior to the date of arrival. In case of subsequent cancellation, we charge the room rate for the first night without breakfast for all ordered rooms as penalty.
Children reduction: children under the age of 12 sharing parents' room with extra bed is free of charge.
Small pet allowed: 25 EUR / pet /night
Pets
Small pets may be brought into the hotel against a surcharge of EUR 25/night.
